Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cattiro, a brand operated by Stackora LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with cattiro.com, inquiries, project requests, payments, and related communications.
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a project form, we may collect your name, email address, company or brand name, website or store URL, selected service or package, and any project details or messages you provide. The information collected depends on the form you use.
Forms and recipients
We use Framer to operate website forms. Submissions are currently stored or delivered through Framer, Cattiro’s email workflow, and a connected Google Sheet. We use this information to review inquiries, respond to requests, and manage potential and existing client relationships.
Analytics and cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site and to improve performance. These tools set analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_MRBTVD1CZM, which are not essential to the operation of the site. The site does not currently use advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag) or session-recording tools. Analytics cookies are optional and only used if you consent through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Payments
For the Launch package, customers may be redirected to Stripe-hosted checkout to pay an initial USD 1,250 installment. Other project payments may be requested through Stripe invoices or other agreed methods. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices. Cattiro receives transaction and customer information needed to administer payments; we do not ask customers to enter full card details into Cattiro’s website forms.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, assess project requirements, communicate with customers, administer services and payments, maintain and improve our website, safeguard our systems, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sharing
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, forms, email, documents, analytics, and payments, and when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. These providers may process data in different countries.
International processing
Because we work with clients in the United States and other countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence. Applicable protections and rights depend on the relevant laws and service arrangements.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries and client relationships and meet applicable legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. Specific retention periods and deletion practices remain subject to operational and legal confirmation.
Privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action regarding your personal information. To make a request, email privacy@cattiro.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will handle requests as required by applicable law.
