Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of cattiro.com and certain interactions with Cattiro, a brand operated by Stackora LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in violation of applicable law or rights.
Services and project documents
The specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, milestones, client responsibilities, and other project requirements are established in the applicable written proposal, Statement of Work, service agreement, or other project document. Information on the website does not by itself establish a customized project scope.
Currency and payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars. Payments for Cattiro services are received by Stackora LLC. Available payment methods may include cards, ACH or bank transfer, depending on the checkout or invoice.
Launch payments
The Launch package has a base price of USD 2,500. The standard payment schedule for that base package is an initial USD 1,250 payment (50%) and a final USD 1,250 payment (50%) due before launch, unless a written project agreement specifies otherwise. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and approval.
Custom and Enterprise
Custom projects are evaluated and quoted based on scope, with payment milestones specified in the accepted proposal or project document. Enterprise engagements are individually scoped, priced, and billed. Submission of an inquiry does not itself constitute acceptance of a project or create an obligation to begin work.
Invoices, late payment and launch
Invoices are due as stated in the invoice or applicable agreement. Cattiro may require payment before beginning work or proceeding to a new phase and may pause work when an agreed payment is overdue. Final launch, transfer, or delivery may be conditioned on payment as specified in the applicable project document.
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes, if legally required, will be reflected as appropriate in the invoice or agreement.
Scope changes and revisions
Changes beyond the agreed scope may require written approval, additional fees, and timeline adjustments. Included revision rounds are those identified in the applicable package or project document. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Client responsibilities and delays
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, materials, feedback, and approvals needed for their projects. Delays may affect schedules or require rescheduling, subject to the applicable agreement.
Shopify stores and third parties
Cattiro may configure a new Shopify store through its Shopify Partner workflow and transfer it to the client at the appropriate stage, subject to Shopify requirements and the project agreement. Existing accounts remain under the client’s responsibility. Third-party themes, apps, subscriptions, domains, licenses and similar costs are excluded unless expressly included in writing and remain subject to third-party terms.
Intellectual property
Ownership and transfer of client-specific final deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement and may be conditioned on full payment. Cattiro retains its pre-existing tools, methods, know-how and reusable materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Portfolio and confidentiality
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cattiro may feature completed public-facing work in its portfolio. Confidential information, private analytics and non-public client data will not be published without authorization. Project-specific confidentiality obligations should be documented in the applicable agreement.
Maintenance and support
Ongoing maintenance and support, including billing, term, renewal, cancellation and included services, require a separate written arrangement. Any post-launch support or defect-correction period is defined in the project agreement.
No guaranteed results
Cattiro does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, conversion rates, search rankings or other business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund treatment depends on the applicable project agreement, work performed, committed third-party costs, and any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Do not treat this statement as a complete cancellation or refund policy; project-specific terms and legal review are required.
